While facial fillers are an attractive option to help shed some years off of your face because of the cost and results, they aren’t always the best. Facial fillers are temporary and last from six months to two years at most. While the effects of a face lift will last many more depending on your lifestyle. Sun exposure, alcohol, and smoking will decrease the length of time a face lift will be effective.

Sometimes it’s not even a full on face lift that will achieve the best results, but eyelid surgery. The procedure corrects sagging, puffy or drooping eyelids, as well as bags and bulges above and below the eyes. It might even be covered by insurance.
